Brian has been helping companies find clarity in their businesses for over 8 years. He has held positions such as Controller, VP of Finance and CFO and has helped many companies build the policies and procedures essential for accurate and timely financial reporting. Brian has managed all aspects of financial operations for various sized companies ranging from start-ups to companies with over $200 million in assets and $60 million in annual revenues.
One of the challenges that entrepreneurs and business owners face is the understanding and making sense of financial statements. With his strong business background and accounting knowledge, Brian helps business owners bridge the gap between the business world and finance world. As a small business owner, Brian understands the challenges faced by entrepreneurs in running a business. He is passionate about building efficient systems and teams to operate a business smoothly. He also specializes in multi-entity organizations and maintaining corporate structure and compliance.
Brian earned his Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and his MBA from Westminster College of SLC. He lives in Highland, UT with his wife Jenny and nine children. He enjoys all aspects of family life, church and community service, biking and various other sports.
